How We Help

The Office of Graduate Fellowships & Awards can help graduate students on the Main and Medical campuses with research development assistance, proposal preparation, directed funding searches and grant workshops. Some of these programs are collaborations with the Writing Center, which is available to you for your academic needs throughout the year.

They also administer internal funding competitions to support you with conference travel grants and dissertation research travel grants.

In addition to offering top-ranked programs, the McCourt School of Public Policy, Georgetown Law Center, and Walsh School of Foreign Service, each offer leading programs in the nation and offer various research support to their students.

The School of Medicine and Biomedical Graduate Education at the Georgetown University Medical Center offers resources for fMRI, animal care facilities through the Division of Comparative Medicine and training and other research infrastructure to facilitate individual and collaborative research endeavors.
