As the Assistant Director for Career Management, Caitlin supports the empowerment of master's and Ph.D. students through career education, programming and coaching, in addition to employer engagement efforts. She joins the team with a substantial connection to Georgetown’s graduate students and the university community having served as the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions at Georgetown for four years.

Prior to her time on the Hilltop, Caitlin worked in corporate recruiting, partnering with university career services offices and supporting the hiring strategy of interns and entry level investment consultants. She began her career in higher education admissions, counseling prospective graduate students and applicants at the education technology company 2U. Caitlin earned her M.A. in Communication, Culture & Technology at Georgetown University and her B.A. in Human Development & Family Studies at the University of Connecticut.
