Heather is the Director of Student Services for the M.S. in Data Science & Analytics program. She serves as the primary contact for prospective students, current students and alumni. With a focus on student services, she manages the Student Ambassador Program, Student Mentorship Program and Writing Center, as well as oversees the fellowship and assistantship programs, student recruitment and admissions.

Prior to joining Georgetown, Heather worked in graduate program administration at the University of Southern California and University of Texas at Arlington. She holds an interdisciplinary master’s degree in Humanities from the University of Chicago, where she began her career in graduate student services.
