National Humanities Center

The National Humanities Center offers 40 residential fellowships for advanced study in all fields of the humanities.   Although most of the Center's fellowships are unrestricted, the following specifically designated awards are available for the academic year 2009-10:  environmental studies and history; English literature; art history; French history, literature, or culture; Asian Studies; and theology.

Deadline:  completed application and materials must be postmarked by October 15, 2008.  Additional information is available on the Center's web site.
