Institutional Research Support

In an effort to foster greater faculty research on the Main Campus, the Graduate School offers six competitive programs and one non-competitive program as part of its institutional research support initiative.  The Faculty Internal Research Support Programs are listed in the chart below.

If you wish to apply to one of our programs, click Internal Proposal Routing System (IPRS)* and enter your NETID and password.  New faculty members will need to be manually added to the IPRS.  The system requires that applicants complete a short application form and upload the required materials as directed in each of the program announcements listed below.  Writers of letters of support also will be required to submit their letters via the IPRS.  Please contact Maria Snyder (gsasgrants@georgetown.edu) to obtain access to the IPRS or if you encounter any other technical difficulties.

*Internal Proposal Routing System (IPRS) - The Graduate School's Internal Proposal Routing System (IPRS) is an on-line application system dedicated to the Faculty Internal Research Support Programs.
You will need Adobe Reader to view the announcements.  Get a free download of the latest version on the Adobe web site.
